Detail is really cool in her coat etc. You think the tripod helped you even tho the faster shutter speed Dave?

Happy you like my car show pics, thanks Dave!

Dave the lighting is gorgeous, and you caught her beautifully, the colors are so warm and beautifully contrasted against the dark in the woods. Alison

Excellent use of setting sunlight, Dave, giving the whole photo a golden hue. This is a very beautiful animal indeed and it's photo by you does it justice.
Thank you for your very kind comments on my "Multiple autoportrait", "Reflection in Eilat" and "Aginst the sun."
I'll try to attach the latter as it originally looked.
Best regards,
Rafi

What a great shot. I can't imagine getting a shot like this while fiddling around with a tripod. But then, maybe you were in a blind of some sort. Well worth the wait.

Dave,

Very well captured. I like the colour of light you captured and that you didn't try to change it.

Gorgeous shot Dave. You could not have got a better pose. The coulourung is great - very autumnal. We have Silver Birches in our front garden and they are shedding leaves like crazy at the moment and I notice the smaller lower branches are bare there too.
