This is another snapshot while I spent a brief stay in Sapa recently. Trekking around the Ta Van tribe of the H'mong minority, all of a sudden I spotted this child ridding on his sister's back.
For some reason, the innocent eyes of the boy sealed me off. It's hard to explain, but even after taking this photo and walking uphill away from him, I felt like his sight stuck to my back and occupied my feeling. I hope some one can explain this symptom to me.
This is a very good portrait! The very strong sense of anger in the sister's eyes make it a little disturbing. I can see why the sight stuck with you! Kathy
