About just on te way back from Burnleyyesterday, saw these sheep all piled into the pen waiting to be fed - like the shoadows and thought I'd see how the L glass would cope with the contrast

not bad.

it's the colour retention that makes this one - and the sharpness in the stone./ Handheld :-)

my other lenses need to be F8 or above to get this sharp...no chance of handholding those!

I think the lens has coped with everything wonderfully well. Good shadow detail and exceptionally sharp.Does this lens have the IS?
