Congratulations on SC and BIP. I like the way you have left some details in the shadows. The tone and lighting are marelous. The dust from the horse's feet is such a wonderful element of your beautiful composition. Mary

Hi Henry, There is so much more going on in this picture than first meets the eye. You have done a great job with the subtle aspects of the image. There is a lot of mystery in what is almost a triple horizon. Very nice photo. I'll bet a large print of this would look great! Andre

Super shot!!! Wonderful mood and (dark) colors, that way the dust stands out even more!!! Also love the way the light just 'hits' the trees on that rim, about the composition.... moving the main subject out of center and keeping 'the dust' is only a crop away.... ;-D!!!! Had a go at it, hope you don't mind....

Thanks David, the upper part of this picture is the walls of the crater which was dark except a little bid on the ridges. By adjusting the overall contrast of the picture, it's getting a bit darker yet.

Thanks Lukasz, yes the composition a bit centered, many had also suggested about the composition. yes it's a bit againts the formula. But I think this owrks better for this picture, because if I put the Horse and its jockey to the right at 1/3, the dust created by its moving legs won't be captured wholly and I wouldn't want that. so I opt for this composition.

atmosphere is lovely; like misty and moody background; the only thing which disturbs is this central composition of the main subject - would be perfect if you moved your camera more to the left so you would change composition dramatically; but anyway, like this regards Lukasz
