This image is perfect, no need to change anything. All that I would do is fix the scratches that occured when the film was scanned. There also seems to be 2 lines towards the lower left of the photo going horizontally..easy to fix with the Clone tool in Photoshop, just minor asthetic points, the actual photo technique is perfect.
