Very nice set-up and lighting, Danny.

It must be very hard to photograph subtly lit shiny surfaces smeared with oil. I think you have done a very decent job of it. The framing and composition are good, in my opinion.

A couple of things, though: there is a lone piece of background detail, that pipe on the left. Maybe take it out, or alternatively have some more similar "environmental" hints elsewhere in the frame.

Another thing is that washed out highlight on the long spout. It's having to deal with stuff like that that puts me off trying similar shots myself.

Like I said: I think you've done a nice job here.
