dear peri I've been in turkey many times; last time it was in the summer of 2001; this photo is from that trip; I had to go to konya and pay my respects to rumi; a holy man for all people in the world. I am not a muslim but I definetely hold rumi deep in my heart as someone who got close to god through love :-)

funny thing toli the bird I caught with the minaret; I superimposed the sky since it was completely flat; "wind" and "dancing" are the key words that you write my friend; or maybe we should say whirling :-)

Magnifiscent composition Kosti! The colour of the sky has a certain naturalistic aspect while the contrast of the minaret creates a special intense atmosphere. Of course the highlight of this image is the superimposed flying bird - ''the wind is strong, a little bird dancing piercing holes in our sky''. Great work!
