Carol, I LOVE the B&W conversion, it really fits the image and makes the mood of the scene. Excellent work!

Good cover image. The B&W works well, more effective than colour. Though I'm curious as to why the fifth guy isn't posed like the others, he seems more standoffish. Regardless, nicely done!
