Wondeful shot. Although Lea makes a valid point, I think the background figures add an interesting dimension. Certainly the focus is where it ought to be. The copyright is a bit more problematic. How big is big enough is the issue, I suppose.

A very cute baby with a nice smile. I like the close crop and the nice eyelights. Perhaps you should consider completely removing the distracting people in the background...easy to do with the clonning tool..., or at least burning them in a lot more,and also making the copyright sign less intrusive. With those distractions gone, you'd have a terrific casual portrait.
