Clarity of the flowers is excellent David, and you have managed to capture the subtle textures in the petals. As far as image editing sodtware goes I have used Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop and I have to say I much prefer Photoshop. If you cannot get hold of a full version of Photoshop, Photoshop Elements is very powerful and only costs about £70, even cheaper online.

I prefer the background, but I'm a bit unsure of the edges. As it happens I haven't got PS... yet. What I have is something called ACD which came with my new camera, but if you have advice about getting some decent editing software I'd be very grateful to hear it. Thanks for your positive comments. David

Very nice, good detail and clarity. Have done a bit of a very quick background change and crop for you to see what you think. Don't know if you have, or maybe disapprove of PS work, see what you think Margaret

Hey thought you said you were a novice the clarity of the flowers is excellent... Maybe a better back ground would lift the image further... still its very good :-) Marie
