About This was taken with natural window light, I used a combination of a diffused glow and a "moonlight" filter to achieve this effect.

Thanks, Paul!! Actually, I did NOTHING to the eyes. I would just duplicate the layer before adding an effect and erase the eyes to allow the original layer to show through!
