Yes, Richard. The LCD isn't really bright enough to function as a viewfinder in full daylight... one of the limitations I have to live with. But having it in my pocket all the time just multiplies what the Japanese call "Camera chances." I think I ought to get a really slim PAS digital... But they have zooms, and start with a less wide "wide" end, which I don't like. The equivalent 28mm of my phone is just right.
It looks like tobacco to me, so you know how astute I am when it comes to identifying plants! Agian, I am impressed with the quality of the Sharp. Do you frame the shot with an LCD and no viewfinder?
