Sarah and Rike...
look at their eyes and where they look....

I added a layer of PS to let the photo look more softer.... know, that its not very sharp now, but I wanted to have this soft light in it to create an intime atmospheare....
did that work or did I fail?

thanks for commenting

It appears to work more on the woman to the left, than for the one on the right, perhaps because of the lighting differences. There does appear to be some kind of static, but its not really as bad as some of the static I've had to deal with myself. I do like how you have went with a tight crop, to keep it more intimate, I think you should experiment more on different compositions, such as having just above the brow be at the very top, would probably add just a bit more ear on the woman on the left or to crop it out completely. The idea of secrets can be very large, and you can experiment with many different expressions, and I like how you have not had either of them whispering into the others ears or even looking at each other, sometimes secrets don't have to be told to be understood. What these two are thinking are for them to know, and for me to ponder. Interesting stuff, very intimate~

I think it is very good indeed Annie, they do seem lost in their thoughts and this has come out very well :-)

Best wishes,
Steve

I don't know Annie, I don't agree with everyone else I think this is very good as is, I like it a lot. Maybe less contrast? That would make it look softer, perhaps people are focusing on the contrast and want it sharper?

Hi Anna,

i would prefer some more sharpness as well. And i would like to see the right person's left eye as well. So i think you have to ask the girls for another shooting ;-)

Greetings from Hamburg
Oliver
