Hi Rebecca,
I like the diagonal composing a lot here. great to have that strong contrasts here. the color is also wisely chosen.
the only small "issue" I see are the borders of the chimneys that seem to be white. not sure if that comes from neat image or another treatment with PS.
anyway, well spotted and captured. take care, thilo

You have a good eye for spotting interesting shots. I would probably have walked past this one, but I would have missed a good shot. Del.

Rebecca,
Thanks for your comments, been looking at your portfolio - its very good isn't it.
This one in particular has given me som ideas for treatment of one of my next pics in the "Cardiff" series.

What a wonderful arrangement. Who'd have thought such mundane objects could be so dramatic and powerful? Well, I guess you did. And you were right!

Rebecca, I really like this one a lot! Very strong graphically with wonderful lines and contrasts! I love the little 'robo-mushrooms' marching along the wall - reminds me a little of the oriental mushrooms in Fantasia :) Still a little low-frequency noise in the sky, but you're bound to get a little more with the higher ISO setting. This is really excellent!

Abstract shot that works well.. i see a animal face in the clouds as well.. that are looking down on us! Have you noticed this? Top left side is his upper head.. eyes under it.. then the nose with a Ring in it (a bull perhaps?) and under it the mouth! =) hehe..
Cheers
