I think Tower Bridge is so well known you didn't need to capture the whole picture. Great use of light/reflection.

It would make for a better image, but the only way to do so would be to hire a private boat, and it would not be easy to do long exposures from a pitching watercraft. Do a search for Tower Bridge images an find how many actually include the "whole" bridge without having the HMS Belfast in the way.

Towers are nice part of that famous bridge,but it would be much better that you capture whole bridge.
