This is a hard one to evaluate. The image is very crisp and contrasty. There is a lot of interest value in the figures. There is really a lot of specular highlights from the intense backlighting. I think you do not so much dark tree on the left and certainly not so much white sky at the top. In other words, I would vote for a closer crop around the two people.
