Small yet it has an imposing feel to this beautiful mountain. Erigal is just adjacent to Glenveigh national park in Donegal. I was quite lucky to get a clear day. The next day the mountain was completly invisible due to a blanket of fog !!!.
Noticed this small graveyard and the chruch beside the road.
I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to correct convergence. The chruch spire appears converging even though it is straight.
Hi Ken, This one is my favourite... By Far! The graves and the wide angle distortion of the tower emphasise the atmosphere. Again, the lighting is perfect.
About the convergence, that cn be easily corrected. In photoshop, transform the image by using the distort tool, drag the handles on top away from the center, place a few guides, to check the verticals. Once you are satisfied with the result, you will need to apply a small pinch. About -1 to -2 would be enough to completely remove the Wide Angle distortion.
It seems you cropped the image, as the perspective seems a bit off. My "basic" rules (taken from Kelby's "The photoshop Book For Digital Photographers") don't seem to apply. I had to apply +4 pinch, and need some more tweaking on the top left handle to correct the perspective, but here's the general idea.
Ken, Beautiful Compositie i hav try to make the tower right When I take this photo,s, I try the town right and the landscape behind is not the first problem Look I work with pint shop and roter Teunis
