Hi Jim, and thanks for all your kind comments to me! I actually do have that lens adapter plus the closeup lense, but I didn't use it on this or the other macros I have uploaded. To be honest, I haven't given it a real try because I tried in winter and it upset me that the quality didn't turn out as good with it. I will try more soon and hopefully I will manage it.

excelent macro. are you using the 50mm reversed lens like mark Plonsky ? or are you using what the G5 gives you ?

Wow Kriss, are you preparing the new catalogue of the nature? ;) Your last macros are really excellent, like this, I like the sharpness, the colours and the great DOF, it is also composed in some artistic way and you were very able because usually insects do not collaborate, only I think you could have cropped the leaf in the bottom, I find it a bit distracting. Anyway, it?s a very good and relaxing macro. A kiss to Kriss ;)

Great shot, Kristina! Very well composted. The DOF is outstanding. The only thing I could say about this shot, is that the feelers of this little critter are obscured by the stem of the plant. Would've been nice if there was a bit of room between the two of them. Only a minor thing though. I like this shot... Great capture!

Good colour contrast against the background! How about cropping off a bit at the bottom (= a part of a leaf) and ~ 1 cm on the right? Anyway, an "elegant" bug, well captured!
