These women workers are picking weeds in the garden of "Rambagh Palace" in Jaipur, the palace of the last Maharajah of Rajasthan, which is actually a well-known 5 star hotel. Although the cast system was annuled by the modern republic founded in 1947, the difference between the casts can be noticed easily in practice in India.

thanks all. Hakan, yes, the background is quite crowdy but, the contradiction between the workers and the hotel was important for me, so i prefered to not to crop the photo.
Very nice shot with impressive colors,the background is a bit problematic though ,too crowdy for this composition.Regardless of the imperfect focusing,its still a good one. Regards,HakaN.
