That's too funny... Kinda seems to imply that you are frustrated with something in the bathroom?? Lack of Fiber? hahha!
thanks for your inquiry into what i've been doing! I've been working mainly with B&W film lately.. and I don't have a film scanner! One day soon, I will start working with Digital again.. I've just been frustrated with it as of late. :) Great work, you've been busy!

Here except this fake flower, the shot looks colourless and that makes an interesting effect that makes the flower the center of the photo. Also this shot as a portrait looks very nice.

A great capture of a poignant and ever-so-familiar emotion! I know you love your colors, but what about a nice sepia version of it?..;) Hope you're keeping warm in your likewise northernly situated city!..:)

the eye on the right brings emosion and a special touch to the shot..
regarding my long exposiure, yes it was done with a digi..not mine but a friends, I can give you the model if you want. I used a tripod (I think this is the term in english) so that the focus is as sharp as possible about waist hight and just shot a couple of these pics..the final photo is the one you see =)
Thanks for your kind words!

sandy c. hopkins   {K:17107} 1/30/2004
thanks everyone..
:)
yesterday was one of those days..
i tried a few crops but to me this felt the best..i was going to crop the eye to the left but really liked the squinty thing..

the space to the left as well..made me keep wondering though what lay over there..
good to see you
and take good care!!
:)

Nice idea, but I think that maybe the anger passes, but the belly pain comes!!! (Don?t know how it sounds to you, it?s a literal translation with my broken english ;)) ) I don?t think the image needs more sharpness or a different crop, it just tells me the story in this way. Bon appétit!! Max

Hey! Leave the daisy alone alright! Its got feelings too you know!

  0

MaryBell    {K:32791} 1/30/2004
a wonderfully humorous shot... I hope you don't mind but I think the crop should go like this...it keeps the grimace but doesn't cause us to wander too far into the closed eye-socket which causes us to lose energy when looking at the photo...

Chris Lauritzen   {K:14949} 1/30/2004
Nice use of PS here and the expression is great but I do think this image would have been better if the person was in-focus.
