In comparison with your earlier uploads, this is much more natural, much less posed. Some of the other photos were really too static. I like the blur here, as well as in the other photo you uploaded recently.
I'm not sure you need more light and contrast in this particular image, but in the your other recent photos, (the one of the girl looking in the camera with blur and the one I just commented on) you do need more light. Light is very important in photo, but in this particular case I like the way the light creates soft colours. Goes well with the blur.
I love this shot! it feels like a painting. and the red in the background gives it just enough punch. Very cool composition too!

I feel this shot would really need more light and more contrast, but I somehow like what you tried to do. Actually I have a shot (not uploaded yet) of a person wearing a jeans short, and I composed it almost exactly the way you composed this. Mine isn't blur, but the blur is quite interesting here. Just the light is a problem to me. You could easily improve on that in PS, adding brightness and contrast, then burning a bit towards the edges... Regards.
