AA...thanks for the comment on my wee red school house...so, I clicked on yee...and saw this. Nice...I like it. Yes, the dark on the left could be slimmed down a bit. The brick work on the right is grand. Sorry, I dodn't recognize this place. What "famous" spot is it?????

A nice shot. I think you might be able to get away with cropping off some of the dark area on the left of the image. Otherwise, everything looks great. Nice light and shadowy areas and good color.

I hope you don't mind - I gave it a shot - I think some working on layers with some dodging and buring would bring out a few details that would be nice...I just was so taken with the light and texture of this that I wanted to try black and white. btw if you want to know the channel settings I used they were:
R: 3 G: 82 B: -8

Ah - welcome to Usefilm. A great deal can be learned here if one wants to expand there horizons! An interesting high-contrast image - this might be interesting turned into a black and white shot using channels - you could get some great silvery tones on black with this one, I think.
