I like this. Nicely composed and just the right amount of light of the man's back. Aiman makes a good point about the same kind of reflection on the rod as you have on the rim of the man's hat. That would have really added, but a very good image as is.

very well done Suhaila! Well exposed and composed, love how the man's back is completely to us and such dark clothing (glad you didnt use fillflash as the shadows add to the mood). The curvature of the pole leads us out to sea, even to a little boat out there. You have a little tilt in the horizon, barely noticable, but straighten that, and its a winner to me!

Beautiful composition... expression..
Propably different timing of the day, could have added a rim of light runnig across the curved line... but it doesn't take much anyway from the good picutre
