Although not perfect,I think it's different...the soft focus makes one think about the action of wanting to get out. Overall a very nice composition,Leila

Rawabi, you right, your cat looks like my dog. Good photo.
Thank you for your comments

This needed some form of light source from the left. I don't know if a reflector would have worked as the light coming in the window doesn't seem that strong to begin with (maybe though, would have been worth the shot). A flash would be too harsh and unbalanced.

I like it, I just feel like there should have been some light/detail on the cat's back.

It's not too dark, but it's needs a little work on the balance of light and shadow areas. Perhaps a little bit of colour noise on the fur could be removed. I like the composition, reminds me of my cat.

It is a little dark for my liking, but I love the composition. The way the cat is staring out of the window is great!

For me its a little bit dark, If you could just some lighting to it (orange tone lighting) This would be perfect, The composition was great!!!

Difficult picture to take, looking into your light source (the window). Great mood created, but limited definition. Regards, Mike

Composition and mood are pretty good. Shame it's not a little sharper.
I agree about adjusting the levels
Very nice image though

The soft focus bothers me. It would be nice to bring up the light level on the cat. the composition is nice.
