The ORIGINS For MÁRCIA OLIVEIRA Sunday, 28 of September of 2003 October of 1996. Belgium, devastated and in shock in the sequência of the pedofilia scandal that was known as "In case that Dutroux", left to the white streets dressed. Only in Geneva, two a thousand Helvetians had joined themselves in lathe of this question, in set with some national personalities, launching white balloons, and also denouncing the passivity of the authorities in relation to the sexual abuse of minors. This was the third time that Switzerland if joined to the European initiative to demand, also, that the fight against these crimes if transforms into a priority politics in the Confederation. Although yesterday only Portugal, Belgium and Switzerland if to have joined in lathe of this fight, other countries, inside and are of the Europe, them will still follow the example this year. The next ones will be U.S.A., Canada, Polónia, Russia, France, England and Germany
