Maybe just a little-little bit unsharp, but ooh what a WONDERFUL composition! Looks absolutely beautiful this shot! You have all right to be proud!

Jamie; first I want to thank-you for rating and commenting on some of my photos.

This is really a beautiful photo of what appears to be a modern vibrant city. I've never been there, but Perth looks almost magical here. There is near incredible detail and color in this shot, and the composition is dynamic-- the freeays lead right up to the city edge then fan out for multiple entry points. This is really a choice and nicely done view. Cheers. Craig

Another of your wonderful shots of Perth! Very good work Jamie. I like the cloudy sky and particularly the lights. They look like a handful of diamomds you threw over the city before taking the pic. I think I would have liked this photo even more if you had taken away part of the bottom just up to the street sign. It is a beautiful composition but the street sign somehow distracts me and makes the landscape less magic. I look forward to seeing more shots of the city.
Thanks for commenting on two of my photos.

Hi Jamie, great shot of your homeland! I really like the framing you used on the bottom. I also like that this picture has an interesting depth to it with the clouds, and trees around the edges. I also really like the blurred lights from the long shutter speed. Thank you for your comments on my images! I have taken your suggestion and cleaned up the water and reposted it.

Hi Jamie - great image and place! but it's too far away !! Hobart is a bit simpler!!! and as they say 'two heads are better than one' - no pun intended! Regards!

What a wonderful composition. Exposure time is perfect. Long enough to get the streaking headlights but it doesn't blow out the street lights. Very well done!!

Thanks Jim, I was tempted to take out the road at the bottom but I liked this composition. And Wes its in Western Australia.

What I like best about this composition is the way long arc of headlights gracefully guide the eye to city skyline. Excellent.
