Judy, it looks better now, but I had the same thought as Sue about the tip of that sword. It needs to have some blue sky over the top, to be fully included in the composition. Now, I've been known to add some blue sky (or equivalent) using the PS cloning tool, and then re-cropping the result to get a better composition. Just a thought.

Hi, Judy! Love the title/about combination "Just...for the comments." Clever.
Regarding the image, there are a couple of things that come immediately to mind that could improve this. Perhaps a vertical format(or 'portrait format' most people say)? Also straighten the subject out so it doesn't look like it's falling over. My last point is the cropping. It makes me feel 'funny' to have the tip of the halberd/flagpole/spear (whatever he's holding)cut off just short of the top. It looks stunted. Was there a pigeon impaled on the end of it? just kidding.
All in all, nice enough picture. Perhaps puffy white clouds can be found the next time you shoot this subject?

Nice colorful shot. May be better a little bit closer to the subject.
