Hi Harry, a scene with a good atmosphere.
You did postprocessing with Capture NX2 but most important would be knowing WHAT you did with this soft even not knowing the name of the soft. Your reference link http://www.capturenx.com/en/index.htm is in Chinese

and this makes it not really clear to me.
NIK Color Efex 3.0 sounds like Turbo GTI 1V1 III for a sportscar but seriously I do not know what it does to a photo either.
the link http://www.nikonusa.com is the Nikon general USA portal where I cannot find any explanation.

With respect to the waterlilly would it not be somewhat better to just darken a bit because of the white is over exposed. However some of the detail can still be made visible. See my test below.
