Maiden's Tower is the symbol of Istanbul due to its unique location at the intersection point of the two continents Europe and Asia, 2500 years old history and legends that have been subject to many stories and poems through out the history.
In 2000, after the restoration adequate to its characteristics and traditional architecture held by the Hamoglu Holding Company, Maiden's Tower opened the doors to the public for the first time. Now Maiden's Tower is welcoming you in a charming atmosphere where it serves as a cafeteria during the day time and serves as a fine dining restaurant in the evenings.
Wow, magnificent color and mood here - love those dramatic clouds and that deep, golden yellow of the setting sun against that deep blue sky and ocean. Nice "about" too. Not sure if I would have included the man walking away from this scene, but it does add a sense of scale. Overall, well done shot!
