Word has it that you are the singing photographer here at Usefilm. I like what you've done to this because it is not overdone. It is easy to get carried away in Photoshop but what you've chosen as an effect has added to the photo's charm. The tulips are lit very nicely and their shadows give them dimension. Lovely color scheme.

the coloring here is beautiful, and the lighting adds dimension to the shot. I'm a fan of the paint daubs filter too, I think it creates lovely results :)
