Very nice composition because the whole bay as half an ellipse plus the city in full light have such a central focus. That what is drawing our attention is put in a green frame and enhanced by strong light.

Yes indeed, I am diving into this one! The extremely well captured details of the foreground continue far far back on the city, and that kind of mixture of overexposure of the buildings and haze makes the distance so real! The contrast of colors is also amazing! For some reason the image seems to be "too suddenly cut" at the top - perhaps because one expects to see the top of the tree at the left? But still this doesn't make it less magnetizing at all!
