Unfortuantely I ahve not been able to leave house since 8 months and I am numb most of the day.
Its a long story.
Depression, contusio cerebri and personality disorder and traumitic stress release :(

Thanks for praying.
I am a.o. in a depression and i realise i start having memory loss. Forget to put water for cooking the rice, forget to realise i have to stand up in the morning.
So it is dark ... :(

Ja dit ben ik Jen. Ik stel me kwetsbaar op hier maar dat mag. Wanhoop en angst zeer zeker, vaak genoeg momenten dat ik ..... maar ik wil leven.
En steeds tegenslagen, onbegrip, verkeerde behandelaars, echt wanhoop.
