hey, I took the some photo of this vary same door. It's in Santa Barbara on garden st. It's best if you don't shoot it in BDE light.
My Name is Tarah and I go to Brooks photography in Santa Barbara. So it was nice to see a photo that was taken in my town. I love this little door, and there are lots more like it in this town.

Bill, thanks for the suggestions. Your edited attachment was a nice improvement. The original shot was definitely overexposed (it was 2:00 PM in the bright sun).

Larry: I love old doors and stone. This shot has some nice potential. I don't know anything about digital cameras but I am assuming that you edit your shots in some sort of photo editor. I find that this shot could use a bit more contrast to bring out the character of the door and surrounding stone. I would also like to see the bottom of the door. Contrast sample attached.
