i like it the way it is.
close-up portraits should be personable rather than "artificial", leave artificial to fashion photography.

Great self-portrait, Chase. I really like the pose, tones and composition here. I thought I'd see if I could smooth out the skin tones a bit so here's the result I came up with... hope you like it. Used skin smoothing, blemish remover, backed off on contrast a bit as well as increased brightness a little. Took about 1 minute with PSP. Hope you like it. Best wishes, Brigitte
