Hi Ahmed , I was having pc problems and maybe the site was too---but could not even get online to view the Home page , or any page until now and it's almost 11 pm ...which is late for me- I am fuctioning again tho and was happy you said something about this feature !! Thanks Paul. I have always had this liking towards b&w but didnt really know how to do it right. It has been a bit difficult to choose the right ones to go. Paul, is it the coral wall and the timber houses, or the contrast, that would have made your preference for b&w. Since you do great b&w shots, your method of choice would be a useful tip.
The coral wall is to protect the beach from erosion. Here, during the two monsoons we have the sand around the islands move from one end to the other. This leads to erosion quite often and some try to stop it by using barriers like this. Good thing here is each resort, so far, is an individual island by itself. Privacy is a big marketing tip for the hoteliers here.

Again that typical blue tones and the warmer redish brown that distinguishes your images, Ahmed! The geometry is very special here! I think that if those rocks on the foreground weren't there the pier and the houses would look a bit like flying.

Again the jetty leads one into the image nicely, the colours are really good, but I think some images definatly suit b/w as in your last one, is that a stone wall on the right to keep non guests away? Well done Ahmed

If you're not already doing it, I think you need to seriously consider promoting your work to the tourism and travel industry. Register with a stock photography site and start selling!
