Thanks Dave,
We were driving in the car, and i took some pictures of distant lights. Because it was dark, the shutter speed was slow so i moved the camera as i tiik the picture, giving the dragged affect. Not such an interesting picture when you know how its done though!

I love the slow shutter speed shots.

I think they were lights in the distance, road lights or house lights. It was a while ago and i cant quite remeber.
I was experimenting, and just took the picture throught the windscreen into the dark.
They may be the reflection of a road sign.
sorry i can't tell you for sure!
