Paul -- A lovely and pastoral scene right near your office. It must be nice. I like the prominence of the tree and the nice depth from foreground to back showing the wild flowers.
I looked at Shirley's version and it is hard to tell from the smaller attachment as to what was changed but it looks more contrasty and slightly more dramatic. I am not sure that is what is called for here and I like your rendition.
