I love your presentation here of the Liberty Bell. Just a little tip, when you past in an object feather the edges 2 to 3 pixels and it will smooth it out better. Guy
A bit more sharpness on the foreground would make it look better, Angela, or a completely usharp focus that still allows recognizing the bell. But I am rather biased towards the sharp focus for enhancing the nice details on the bell and the texture of the wood over it.
As about liberty and justice for all, oh well, paper has a great amount of patience :-)
Thank you Marlyce. As I look at it, I see a few spots I could touch up, but overall I like the result. Here's the original. It's VERY boring! It was a wonder I even got a shot that didn't have people in it.
Very beautiful......I would love an 8x10 on my living room wall. I know some don't like photoshop but this is just too well done. You have a wonderful composition of the flag in the background and a wonderful composition of the bell. Together this is well worth a 7 rating from me. Portrays a very powerful patroitic symbol of this country.
