Very nice shot. The dark-blue tone gives a little distinctive touch to it. I also like the light. I agree with Kenneth about that ruly-thingy, it would have made the shot more balanced and peaceful, but I also kinda like the heavy egocentric effect this choice of composition gives to the rose. Well done.

Beautifully done Kara, not nit picking but read up on the "Rule of Thirds" it will help with framing your subjects, I like the shot and the blue tone.
