Thank you very much for your comment. I indeed also eat fish, but the few times I´ve been catching fish, I´ve made sure to kill them immediately, as no living being should be allowed to suffer, if we can avoid it.
I know that the big commercial vessels can´t kill the fish one by one, but I have a somewhat naive notion about turning the clock back and letting go of those huge vessels that almost seem to empty the oceans for life and go back to the smaller fishingboats making more people be able to live from it, pay more money for your fish and then at the same time have fishingqotes that maintain a balance that all can be satisfied with. If we don´t have these somewhat naive dreams and all accept that nothing can be done otherwise then nothing will happen for sure.

Annemette - I think this is a most interesting photo; the statement about life and suffering as well as the quality of the composition and detail. I am not a vegetarian, as I eat red meat and fish, but I do respect your feelings towards all creatures.
