Excellent composition... my eyes follow the graphic forms, wonder through the frame, feel the mood of the tones and the subtle contrast... even the highlight area is balanced by the left weight... great shot steve.

Hi Guys, Thanks for showing your interest on my photos. The cyrup was actually corn cyrup. To get this shot, I have spent a considerable amount of time to mix the right thickness and equal amount of time practicing pouring out the cyrup. It was shot using bouch light from a 500 watt spot light. The puddles are actually water. The surface of the stool was rubbed with wax to have a clean and smooth and above all 'water resistant' surface. That way it is extremely easy to maintain the puddles in shape as well as to guild the puddles on the surface. The cups were cleaned thoroughly with water and clensed carefully later with alchohol. The shots are bracketed. This one appealed to me.

Steve, Nice, warm, abstract shot. The image is almost Freudian (male perspective?). Well done. :-)

Kewl Ab Steve. What is it? I like the tones in it. I'm just now trying to get into Abstracts.
