I like the bulding, beautiful roof, very nic coloring and light, it is here my focus are. You want me to focus on the girl you saw in the window, I think you should have taken the windows part maken the nature framing around the girl.
The light in this one i window is a little overexpoced, I do like the foto over all, becourse there is a beautiful roof.

I agree in a closer crop, and the highlights was a bit hard, I want too se more of the person. But i like the symmetri. Nice image, that could be even better imo.
