I'm guessing a polarizer was utilized to achieve the high contrast & saturation evident in the image. An excellent choice given the low angle of the sun, well captured & composed.

oh yes, I want to know where it is, too!! great shot, Bogdan. nice angle. sun close to the horizon gives it some great shadows. blue sky, nice browns and the white jet thingies (that's the technical term...;) good wide angle shot.
