Beautiful shot. That model has incredibly captivating eyes. The pose is also rather attractive, great work on capturing that part ;).
The thing that seems to let me down is that it doesn't really have much texture to it. I think it could be better with a little boost to the white values, but I tend to go a little overboard on contrast much of the time.
