The simplicity of this image is stunning. I am always drawn to vivid colours. For anyone who has had anything to do with cows this tells such a story, the day is winding down, everyone will be tucked up for the night and rest time approaches. Oh, Jo, this photo is very worthy of the award! The moment I saw this image I knew it had to win. That is why I immediately nominated it! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
If you want to nominate a photo for an award, what you do is go to the page of the photo you want to recommend, go up to the address bar, highlight the address, right click on it and then click 'copy. For example, your winning photo's address is http://www.usefilm.com/image/1134655.html
Then go to the aforementioned Donor topic (POD # 16) and go right to the bottom of the page. There you will find a box. In that box you just simply ask the judges to have a look at a particular photo and state that you think it deserves an award. You then paste the link. That is all you have to do. If the donor is watching that particular topic (POD # 16) within seconds he or she will know that their photo has been recommended for an award. Then it's a matter of sitting back and waiting to see if the judge agrees with your suggestion.
Jo, keep your wonderful photos coming! With the standard of images you produce, you had better get ready for many more well deserved awards!

Now this is excellent photography. I find myself wondering how many 'more' cows you could have fitted in before the sky started to change colour on you. Or maybe she didn't move much after that anyway, looks like she spotted you...
