I like this without the detail on the face... the eye is the main point of focus, and it has enough detail for the whole image. Love the use of negative space. I'm not too sure about the earring though... it's a bit bright.

I really like how you use the negative space in the image. Thats what gives the images its strong dynamic and the image has really nice tones. Good work.
