This shot came from a dayhike into the Peek-A-Boo canyon system near Escalente Utah. This slot was very narrow. I had to scale a 12 foot wall to get up to the enterance and then crawl with my back pack infront of me in some places. Its a very beautiful place a must for any serious outdoor photographer.
Very nice capture, Ryan. I really appreciate what you had to do to get the shot, at Upper Antelope all I had to do was walk in! I want to go back and spend some time in Escalante and up to Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Arches, etc. Maybe next year! Cheers, Pete
...wow, just arrived at 'recent images' and saw your piece of work Ryan, a pleasure, the composition is well done, the lines, colors and subject matter make for an interesting and unusual shot of good quality, if it were me I would have to try a b&w version?......well done. cheers, david.
