Wonderful portrait, nice colors!

This looks just ever-so-slightly soft. and the positioning is all wrong. (don't get mad, just my opinion)
The bright blue "glow" at the end of his nose is detrimental, and the other monks in the background are distracting. A few steps left might have eliminated the distracting background shapes and offered a more revealing facial expression.

Really nice, Georg, I like the way the narrow DOF fits with the monk being alone with his thoughts. Could be a little sharper, but that's a minor issue, this one's a success.

Hi George,

I love this shot, may I ask where in Myanmar it was. Have spent a reasonable amount of time there, it is one of my favourite places in the world.
