Nice photo. I like that you´ve made the tent stay yellow. It makes a great contrast.
Best wishes,
Annemette

hi steve dont worry abt nitpicking.the fisherman not me had just turned up and was setting up hence looking flat.i didnt want a human in the shot as i knew when i took it what i wanted to do later on and that was simply desturate it and leave the umbrella in its natural colour.the brolly is natural colour perhaps its one of those military canvasses, which i used to use many moons ago. also taking it in 17mm focal gives it a different perspective so may be reason why it looks so flat.anyway i took so others which i will frame and upload if they offer a different perspective than this one.

take care

Hi Brian -

I like what you have done with this.. and I do like the spot colouring - though I am not certain on the colour of the umbrella! (seems out of place)

I do think it is a shame that the fisherman is not in the scene to add the human element - though I am guessing that the fisherman is yourself?

The umbrealla looks kinda low (ie flat) which is slightly puzzling.

Great concept though - I am really nit-picking to find the faults - takes me back a few years to when I was an avid fisherman in my late teens in the UK.

all the best

Steve

Hi Brian, excellent picture. I like the high contrast and the use of selective colouring. Great work,
Chris

Really beautifull image...coloring the tent is not quite my taste...but the scene is well captured..
