About	I had made my way to Loughrigg Tarn in The Lake District to shoot the lake in front of the Langdale Pikes which are behind the camera in this shot but the dawn light was so intense that I had no choice but to quickly set up the tripod and camera and take this image. I needed 5 stops of soft ND grad filters and an 81B warm-up to balance the brightness between sky and water.

very nice series you jjust posted. The colors are so beautifull. its amazing how crisp and clear all the forground "stuff" is. I love the FG branch hanging down.
